After spending 13 years living in Nelson Anna’s partner Rick who was visiting the Coast as part of his job fell in love with Woodstock. He went home and said “I have found the place”. They decided to pack up and move with Rick now pursuing his business supplying bikes and transport for the Westland Wilderness trail.
Now Anna has been involved with food for many years and when she got a copy of her grandmother’s receipt for Worcester sauce which was a family favourite she decided to make it.
A good Worcester sauce has many ingredients but Anna wanted no preservatives and to either grow or source the ingredients locally.
