A good Worcester sauce has many ingredients but Anna wanted no preservatives and to either grow or source the ingredients locally.
What’s in a good Worcester sauce, Vinegar, Treacle, Garlic, Tamarind, Anchovy paste and a variety of spices so secret that we can’t name them!
After making a few bottles and giving most of them away it became clear to Anna that she had a product that should be produced at Woodstock and sold throughout New Zealand.
